Together we’ll establish a coaching relationship that is based on trust, partnership, and collaboration.

In each session, you will decide what you want to focus on and achieve and I’ll facilitate a coaching process
to support and empower your progress.

A Peaceful Relationship with Food:  Ditch the food rules and embrace a non-diet way of living.  With more gentle principles of nutrition, you'll gain tools to make informed food choices and find balance without restriction.

Improved Body Image and Self-Esteem:  Feel good in your skin, no matter your age or stage of life, such as perimenopause and menopause. Expect to find respect and greater appreciation for your midlife body, and more trust and confidence in yourself.

A Focus on Joy, Pleasure, and Satisfaction:  Rediscover the joys of eating and being around food. Listen to your body and move it in ways that feel good for you. This is true self-care.

How It Works:

Through personalized coaching sessions, you will receive:

  • Guidance grounded in the principles of Intuitive Eating

  • Practical tools and strategies to support sustainable change.

  • Compassionate, one-on-one support tailored to your unique goals, and it’s not always about food!

Much of the work will happen outside of our coaching sessions when you are in your life making changes on a day-to-day basis, with my support when you need it.

This is what's included:

  • Welcome package

  • Two 60-minute foundation sessions

  • 10 ongoing weekly coaching sessions - 45 minutes each

  • Sessions conducted by phone, FaceTime or Zoom - your choice

  • Handouts, worksheets, tools, and other goodies, customized for you

  • Unlimited email support during the program

  • Texting access for accountability purposes, if required
